A: Visit our Become a Stockist page and submit your registered company name, VAT ID, trading address, and store type. Our sales team verifies applications within 24 business hours.

A: We operate strictly as a B2B wholesale supplier. Wholesale prices, variant availability, and ordering matrices are hidden from public visitors and unlock automatically once you log into an approved stockist account.

A: On product pages, we use a B2B Quantity Matrix Table instead of standard dropdowns. Type required quantities directly into size/color fields simultaneously and click Add Items to Cart & View Basket.

A: Our Master Wholesale Catalogue lists all products across CAMEO Equine and EcoRider. Click ▼ View Sizes & SKUs to expand child variants or type SKUs (e.g. C412) into the filter bar to build bulk orders rapidly.

A: Yes! Visit our CSV Order Upload page. Drag & drop a 2-column CSV file containing SKU and Quantity to match SKUs automatically and populate your order in seconds.

A: Retailers can secure upcoming stock well in advance through our Pre-Orders section (Autumn/Winter & Spring/Summer). Reserved stock is allocated and dispatched automatically upon warehouse arrival.

A: No! We aim to support independent retailers of all sizes, so there is no minimum order value. Standard carriage-paid terms apply to all orders over £150 net.

A: All wholesale trade prices are quoted net (excluding VAT). Standard 20% UK VAT is calculated as a separate line item at checkout. Note: Children's riderwear (such as Junior Core Tights) is zero-rated (0% VAT).

A: All trade orders received by 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders received after midday go out on the next working day.

• Orders £150 Net & Over: CARRIAGE PAID (Free delivery across the UK & Ireland).
• Orders Under £150 Net: £10.00 net per box.
• 24-Hour Express Shipping Upgrade: £3.50 net for orders over £150 net, or £13.50 net for orders under £150 net.

A: Yes! For orders outside the UK and Ireland, shipping is handled strictly on an Ex Works (EXW) basis. Please contact our sales office for a custom freight quote.

A: Any complaints regarding quality, damages, discrepancies, or non-delivery must be notified by phone AND followed up in writing to orders@ollardwestcombe.co.uk within 10 days of the invoice date. Claims reported after 10 days cannot be accepted.

A: Intended stock returns must be notified within 10 days of invoice date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Only faulty goods or items supplied in error by Ollard Westcombe will be accepted for credit note or replacement.

A: No. Stockists must adhere to published RRPs and are strictly prohibited from reselling products on Amazon or third-party marketplaces without prior written consent.
